· Architecture major, bachelor degree or above, engineer or above is preferred;
· With more than 4 years of experience in architectural construction drawing design, familiar with project approval and construction drawing workflow, with working experience in class-A design institute/well-known firm, involved in large-scale commercial and public construction projects is preferred;
· Familiar with relevant knowledge of architecture, capable of independent design of construction drawings;
· Be familiar with and understand relevant national and local laws, regulations, policies and industry norms;
· Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup and other design software, proficient in Revit and other BIM design software is preferred;
· Good team spirit, good at communication, organization and coordination, active thinking, clear thinking, careful and rigorous, strong sense of responsibility, able to independently take charge of project approval, construction drawing design and coordination, and assist the director to complete project design objectives;
· National registered architect is preferred.
