Business operations manager:
· Design, marketing, management related majors, college degree or above;
· More than 3 years of business operation experience in architectural design industry; Relevant working experience in architectural design company is preferred;
· Assisted superior leaders in customer contact, business negotiation, business follow-up, drafting and signing project contracts, bidding documents and other specific transactional work;
· Continuously establish and maintain customer relationships, follow up and assist superiors to promote project progress and payment collection;
· Coordinate routine project operation, respond to and deal with general business issues;
· Company project management, contract information system data update and maintenance;
· Have strong communication skills and understanding skills, good at communicating with people, and have affinity;
· Responsible, with good ability to work under pressure; Have team work spirit and dare to challenge.
